minor - mr Leopard character nose

After doing the other characters nose I realised that Mr leopards nose was going to to be hard to do, so with some help with Alan and his advise on leaving the patch till the end when everything is modelled. Together we managed to make the character nose with a few details that make it into a teddy's nose.
