minor - Mum character nose

Here is the mum's characters nose I had to tweak an of her nose to add nostrils, to make her more natural

    Hi Laura. Overall, looking good. However, the top/left side (characters left) of the eye is a little too open. Come and see me with your model and i'll show you what I mean. Its an east fix. Well done.
