after some thought and working on this scene, I thought it would be best to work on the train scene for it is the most important scene in my story. so here is the train scene.

after the previs, I made some adjustments and refine the animation, I have made progress for the first scene and I'm starting to like how it is going. here is the first scene.

I made some adjustments to the characters due to the shadow animation and making it fit with the blocking animation.

For the last few days, I have been working on the shadow in the first part of the animation, I used a mixture of hand drawn and puppets to get the final outcome of this animation. The next task to do is to put it into the scene and make sure it fits well and a render test of how it will look.
