@Phil concepts

Hi, Phil how are these concepts  Exterior Establishing Shot and which one o you like.

I like lots of these, Laura :) I like 4 - but it feels as if you could pull the 'camera' out further, giving us more information, as it just feels a bit cramped in the frame - I like the lighting and tonal range in 4. 1 has some lovely qualities too - but again - feels like we need a bit more room around the city to get a proper sense of it being in the landscape. 2 is the weakest for me - that big lump on the left isn't helping. So for me, it's between 1 and 4 (but I don't like the grass fringe detail on 4).

    1. Okay Phil I'll get on that straightaway and I'm glad that you like the concept, I'll do a few more tweaking and then hopefully I've got a good establishing shot for the crite thank you :-)

  2. Hi Laura, in total agreement with Phil. Lots to like in these. Be careful that the edges of your objects don't become too blurry. And also beware of scale. For example, the huge grass brush effect in the foreground, makes the city look small. Just something to be aware of :)
