Hi Laura! Personally, I quite like the second one, it just seems like it's a lot busier and there's a bit more of a "hustle and bustle" feel about it :)
I think the top one is nice, it looks less cluttered than the bottom one and the colours are really bold. It looks brighter and more friendly than the bottom one which I think matches the cell design you were considering too? The 48 one?
I like the second one best, it seems busier, more alive. And I love the deep pink and coral/peach in the top of the image, they go well together and well with the style you are using.
I prefer the top one Laura, like the leading lines leading into the city, I feel like the part that hangs from the top of the second one is kind of confusing to look at, it feels like it makes the city upside down, maybe if that part was turned around and pushed in the background more it could work :)
