Hi. Remember we were not using computer 'interpolation' (computer adding motion) in the class. You are just posing the frames you were given with no motion in between. We're making a replication of drawn animation...so basically you should only have five poses that don't blend from one to another. You can convert the keys by using the select all button, opening the Graph Editor, selecting all of the keys, and then choosing 'stepped keyframes - It will be the icon at the top of the Graph Editor that looks like a step.
