Major - Fixing the Laura character

After my minor feedback, I got some help to make the character Laura a bit cleaner and look better. This was done by making her feet less blocky and more like feet, making her skull cap more round at the back of her head and shorten the width of neck roll jumper, so that is doesn't get in the way of the clavicle and shoulder when they move.
