Major - old Mr Leopard character Facial Rigging Part 1 Creating a Head Skeleton & Binding

Much like the body, I needed to make a skeleton on the head to move the neck, jaw and upper part of the head, then adding some weights onto the character, so it runs more realistically. This is for the old Mr Leopard character.
