minor - Mum character skinning Binding & Weight Grouping the Mesh

now that the skeleton is built it was time to move onto putting the model and the skeleton to together so the character can move, this is call bind skin. however, this does not completely finish, the character for although it will move it will move different meshes as well so I needed to add weight to the character so that her limbs can move normally. this was for the Mum character.
